Director of the interactive department that consisted of programmers and designers - creating a multitude of websites and interactive projects.
Duties include: Project management – initial kick off meetings with clients and team, arranging schedules for both the team and client, tracked project assets, assessed incoming projects for complexity and time management.
Production – information architecture (flow charts and wireframes), Interface design concepts and HTML templates. Art Direction – provided art direction to both my team and other studio artist including video and 3D animation. Mentored the interactive team on interface design, layout and user compatibility. Production Management - Identify needs for interactive department – software, new hires, etc, scheduling of incoming projects and deliverables and mentoring interactive team on best practices for projects set up, interactive programming and design files set up.
